Australia Petroleum Pty Limited was incorporated to specialise in the Oil, Gas and Energy industry. Our people have established and proven track records in this sector. In addition to its Board of Directors, the Company has a full complement of management at its disposal consisting of engineers, exploration/production managers, geo-physicists, commercial, legal, banking and administrative staff.

Today Australia Petroleum’s main focus is in the upstream sector of the Petroleum Industry, predominately in Oil and Gas exploration and production. The Company currently is in discussions regarding partnerships for new joint ventures with several significant local and international Oil and Gas Companies for numerous exploration and production projects in the Middle East & Australasia.

For some years Australia Petroleum has partnered under contract with one of Australia’s top Oil and Gas Companies that has been in consistent and successful operation for over fifty years with a company value over US$5 Billion. Australia Petroleum was awarded this partnership over others as a direct result of our significant global contact portfolio and management abilities. The purpose to this partnership is to source and develop Oil and Gas fields, specifically located in the Middle East.

In addition to the above mentioned partnership, Australia Petroleum has recently represented and partnered with one of Asia’s largest National Oil & Gas companies valued over US$35 Billion exclusively for the Middle East and Africa to source and supply crude oil and crude oil by-products.

Australia Petroleum endeavours to provide end-to-end solutions that equitably co-join funding, exploration, production, advanced technology and supply of Oil and Gas. The Company also has strong associations with a number of blue chip energy producer’s worldwide and to this end Australia Petroleum has access to project funding and partnering at all levels, with institutional and banking support throughout Australia, Middle East and Europe.

Through Australia Petroleum’s long established commercial relationships in the Oil and Gas sector, the Company has the ability to facilitate the registration of companies for the long term supply of oil and gas in the Middle East.

The Company is involved with a number of projects, including a state of the art oil refinery in the Middle East with both feedstock and output guaranteed for the first ten years by an invest grade covenant. The company is also working on the development and construction of Australia’s newest and largest independent refineries in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA. The Company continues to investigate opportunities in Australasia, Middle East and North Africa.

Historically, Australia Petroleum developed operations across the oil, gas and energy industries. The Company has invested significant resources on the development of new, renewable and sustainable energy markets. In so doing, developments in new sustainable energy represented an integral part of the Company’s operational plans.

Global production of Bio Fuels will increase rapidly and Australia Petroleum is well positioned to develop a competitive business unit producing biofuels within Australia.  The Company is continuing to seek acquisitions within this area within its sphere of influence and expertise.
